Do I lose control of my practice?
No. You keep clinical autonomy and your team. The group handles the back office you choose to hand off, on your timeline.
What does joining cost me?
Nothing upfront. You contribute your practice and receive equity in the group plus ongoing distributions. The full terms are shared after you sign a mutual NDA.
How is my practice valued?
By an independent appraisal at close — not a number we hand you. Your equity is set from that valuation, so contribution is on transparent, third-party terms.
What happens to my equity over time?
It compounds three ways: the value set at contribution, your share of annual group distributions, and the higher multiple a larger company commands when it recapitalizes or sells.
The process
How long does onboarding take?
You go at your own pace. Most owners finish their profile and document set over a few weeks, with help from their accountant and attorney.
What do I need to provide?
A straightforward set of business documents — financials, entity and lease records, and similar. Your deal room gives you a checklist, and you can invite your accountant or attorney to help assemble it.
What happens to my team?
They stay. Joining the group is about pooling ownership and back-office scale, not replacing the people who make your practice work.
Do I have to commit to look?
No. The first conversation carries no obligation, and nothing is shared until both sides sign a mutual NDA.
Security & data
Is my financial information safe?
Yes. Every document you share is encrypted, access is scoped to the people you assign, and every view is logged in a tamper-evident record you can review.
Do you collect patient records?
Never. We collect business records only. The platform actively screens for protected health information and keeps it out by design.
Who can see my documents?
Only the people you grant access to, plus the group’s review team under the signed NDA. You can see exactly who accessed what, and when.
