What this platform is

This site is the onboarding and document platform for Dentist Owners, a doctor-owned dental group. It lets practice owners apply, complete a diligence profile, and exchange documents with the group's review team under a signed confidentiality agreement.

Agreements signed here

Confidentiality and participation agreements executed on this platform are real, binding agreements between you and the group. Each signature is recorded with a tamper-evident certificate. The terms that govern your participation in the group are those agreements — not this page.

Your account

Keep your credentials and two-factor device to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account, and for ensuring people you invite (co-owners, accountants, attorneys) are actually authorized to see what you share with them.

Acceptable use

Business records only — never upload patient records or other protected health information. Don't misuse the platform: no attempts to access other practices' data, probe security, or disrupt service.
