Information we collect

When you apply to the group or complete onboarding, we collect the details you submit: your name and contact information, information about your practice and its ownership, and the business documents you choose to share for diligence. Email addresses are hashed and encrypted at rest.

What we never collect

This platform handles business records only. We do not request patient records, and uploads are screened and quarantined if they appear to contain patient health information.

How we protect it

Documents are encrypted at rest with per-document keys. Access requires two-factor authentication and a signed confidentiality agreement, and every access is recorded in a tamper-evident audit log your practice can review.

How we use it

We use your information to evaluate and complete your practice's participation in the group, to operate and improve the platform, and to send service-related messages. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can request access to or deletion of your information at any time. Some records must be retained where the law or an executed agreement requires it.
