Doctor-owned. Employee-owned upside.
Build real equity without giving up your chair.
Dentist Owners is a group of dentists who pooled their practices into one company. You keep your team and your clinical judgment. You gain a bigger balance sheet, a shared back office, and a real ownership stake.
Group vs solo
The same dentistry, a very different balance sheet.
On your own
- One practice, one exit, one buyer.
- You carry HR, billing, and compliance alone.
- Your sale price is a multiple of one practice's earnings.
Inside Dentist Owners
- Your equity grows with the whole group, not just your office.
- Shared back office you opt into, so you practice more and manage less.
- One larger company commands a stronger multiple at exit.
The equity ladder
Three ways your stake compounds.
1 · Contribution
You contribute your practice and receive equity valued at close, set by an independent appraisal.
2 · Distributions
You share in group profits each year, in proportion to your holdings.
3 · Exit
When the group recapitalizes or sells, your equity is valued as part of a larger, higher-multiple company.
A note from the founders
We built the group we wished existed.
We are practicing dentists. We love the work and we were tired of watching solo owners sell to outside money and walk away with a fraction of what they built. Dentist Owners keeps ownership in the hands of the doctors doing the dentistry. You decide what to hand off and what to keep. You share in the growth you help create. That is the whole idea.

Share a few details and our team will reach out. You can book a call after, when you are ready. No pressure, and nothing is shared until you sign a mutual NDA.
Questions
Straight answers.
Do I lose control of my practice?
No. You keep clinical autonomy and your team. The group handles the back office you choose to hand off, on your timeline.
What does joining cost me?
Nothing upfront. You contribute your practice and receive equity in the group plus ongoing distributions. The full terms are shared after you sign a mutual NDA.
Is my financial information safe?
Yes. Every document you share is encrypted, access is logged in a tamper-evident record you can review, and we never collect patient records.
How long does onboarding take?
You go at your own pace. Most owners finish their profile and document set over a few weeks, with help from their accountant and attorney.
